What do these changes mean for you?
As you read through this page, you'll learn more about the upgrades and improvements that will be available to customers once the enhancements to our operating system have been completed.
Please note that these operating system changes will not impact most of the products and services you rely on to meet your financial needs. Any changes that will occur will be outlined in this booklet.

ATM & Debit Cards
Please continue to use your current FBSC debit card through Wednesday, November 2nd. After this date, your old card will no longer be active; please dispose of it appropriately. You will need to use the new card moving forward. All customers will receive a new debit card number. Please remember to update any auto-payments or payment-drafts you have tied to your current FBSC debit card to your new debit card.
Online / Mobile Banking
Online / Mobile Banking will be unavailable Thursday, November 4th until around 9:00am Monday, November 7th.
During this time, information about transactions and your balances will be available by calling (740)-992-2136 during business hours.
Will copies of cleared checks be available through the new Online Banking?
Checks clearing your account after November 4th, 2022, will be available for access. Copies of checks prior to that date will not be available. If you wish to retain this information, we recommend that you print or download check copies prior to November 3rd. You can also always obtain a copy of a check by contacting one of our branch locations.
Will I be able to see my past transactions?
Past transaction history will not be available until approximately 6 weeks post-update.
Telephone Banking will be unavailable Thursday, November 4th until around 9:00am Monday, November 7th.
Starting Monday, November 7th, 2022, we will be discontinuing our current Telephone Banking service and moving to a new vendor. You may register for the new system and change your PIN by calling 740-992-9500. Your default PIN will be the last 4-digits of your SSN or EIN/TIN for business customers,
It is important to note that until your PIN is changed, you will not be able to access any account information and will hear the error message "You Entry is Invalid."
All customers will receive an account statement as of November 3rd, 2022, for any activity since your last statement and this may result in some customers receiving two account statements for one cycle. One from the old internal system; and another for activity on the new system from the go-live date until your regular statement date.
Moving forward, some statement cycles will be adjusted but customers who currently receive a month-end statement will continue to do so.
*Note the new operating systems statements will look a bit different.
P2P Apps like Venmo or PayPal will be down until Monday, November 7th.
All FBSC ATMs will be down the morning on Thursday, November 3rd. Some machines will be available for cash dispensing on Thursday, November 3rd, and all machines will be back online for cash dispensing by Monday, November 7th. This may vary by location.
*ATM balance inquires will not be updated until November 7th. Please do not rely on the balance shown by the ATM, until the 7th.
